Install Blaze Accounting 1.0.1

This wizard checks your server, creates the database tables, writes the configuration file and creates the platform administrator. It takes a few minutes. Have these ready:

Nothing is changed on the server until the last step. The installer closes itself automatically once the installation succeeds.

BLAZE ACCOUNTING — SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT (PROPRIETARY)

1. Grant. Subject to payment of the applicable fees and to these terms, the Licensor grants the customer named in the
   purchase or order confirmation ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Blaze
   Accounting (the "Software") on the number of production installations stated in that confirmation, plus
   non-production copies used only for testing, staging and backup.

2. Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted in writing by the Licensor or by mandatory law, the Licensee shall not:
   (a) sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute or publish the Software or any part of it; (b) remove or alter
   copyright notices or this agreement; (c) use the Software to build a competing product; (d) circumvent licensing
   or technical protection measures.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the
   Software. Data entered into the Software by the Licensee and its users belongs to the Licensee.

4. Third-party components. The Software includes open-source components that are licensed to the Licensee under their
   own licences, which take precedence over this agreement for those components (see the list below and the licence
   files in vendor/). Nothing in this agreement restricts rights granted by those licences.

5. Tax and e-invoicing compliance. The Software helps prepare Saudi VAT records and ZATCA e-invoices. The Licensee
   remains responsible for its tax filings, for onboarding with ZATCA, for verifying VAT rates and treatments with a
   qualified adviser, and for compliance with applicable law. Sandbox or simulation results are not production
   approval.

6. Warranty disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any
   kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for indirect,
   incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business, and the Licensor's total
   liability is limited to the fees paid for the Software in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Backups. The Licensee is responsible for regular backups of its database, uploaded files and configuration.

9. Termination. This licence ends automatically if the Licensee breaches it. On termination the Licensee shall stop
   using the Software and delete all copies, after exporting its own data.

10. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws stated in the purchase or order confirmation.
